Welcome to HMail – HopTool (“HMail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our temporary email service at hmail.example.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By registering for or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
HMail provides you with temporary, anonymous email addresses (e.g., [email protected]) that automatically expire after a short period. You may receive, view, and delete incoming messages; sending outbound mail is not supported. The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available.”

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, graphics, logos, trade names, and trademarks) are and will remain our exclusive property. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection. You acknowledge that data transmitted over the Internet may be intercepted or tampered with.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with other services (e.g., file-storage APIs). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is,” “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or virus-free operation. You assume all risk of use.
In no event shall HMail or its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HMail and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and all temporary data is deleted.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HMail regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
